Kamut and Brazil nut flat bread


this wonderful bread made with sprouted Kamut gains, brazil nuts, flax seeds, celery, onion, apricot, Celtic sea salt and stone ground Olive oil, lemon juice, caraway seed, coriander.

Morning cereal


Perfect start for the morning buckwheat cereal made with sprouted buckwheat, bananas, apples, strawberries, sprouted hemp seeds, sprouted pumpkin seeds, sprouted almonds, Celtic sea salt, ground golden flax. Perfect with the glass of nut milk.

New veggie crackers

New crackers I am making this week. Sunflower seeds and veggie crackers (Kale, carrot, onions, sprouted sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sprouted buckwheat, Italian seasoning,  Celtic sea salt, green garlic and little bit of sprouted corn). Wonderful with dips and salad! Great snack on its own as well! If you are looking for a healthy alternative for your favorite junky snacks this is a thing for you!
